Fair Share
I hear people talking about this around my office and it's really confusing. What does it mean? When you hear “Fair Share” this usually refers to situations where you have “Full Members” who contribute the full portion of their union dues compared to “Fee Payers” or members who only a pay portion of their union dues. Click on the button below to get an idea of how all this makes sense.
AFSCME STRONG
For far too long we have been slowly loosing our position in the middle class. Little by little we have allowed ourselves to be subjected to stagnate wages, higher benefit costs and compromised job security all in the name of sacrifice. AFSCME Strong is an international campaign to pull ourselves together and take back our benefits, wages and job security.
Get Connected
Membership meetings are the best place to start getting connected. They are held every other month and are usually at Teamster’s Local 952. This is where you get the inside scoop on all the latest from your local, talk with other workers from other offices and communicate what your experiences are at your work place. The Membership meetings are for YOU.
